Refunds
Refund Policy:
- A refund is possible only in the event of technical issues caused by our fault.
- Unused traffic is non-refundable, as it does not have an expiration date

All rights to the website proxycove.com, including design, logos, texts, graphics, source code, and other materials, belong to ProxyCove or our licensors.
The trademark ProxyCove and the logos associated therewith are our property.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service for personal or commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
It is prohibited to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our materials without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Service Availability
- We strive to ensure 99.9% uptime, however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
- Scheduled technical maintenance may occur with prior notice.
- We do not bear responsibility for temporary unavailability of the service due to reasons beyond our control.
Disclaimer
- We do not bear responsibility for the actions of users when using the proxy.
- We do not bear responsibility for blocks imposed by third-party services and websites
- We do not guarantee the results of using proxies for specific purposes
- The maximum compensation is limited to the cost of unused traffic on the balance
Force Majeure
We disclaim liability for failure to fulfill obligations in the event of force majeure circumstances, including natural disasters, wars, actions of governmental authorities, disruptions in the operation of internet service providers, and other events beyond our control.
8. Privacy
The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Important: We do not keep logs of the websites you visit through our proxies. We only track the volume of traffic used for billing purposes.

9. Changes to the Terms

10. Termination of Service

11. Dispute Resolution
In the event of disputes or claims, we urge you to first contact our support service for pre-litigation resolution.
We strive to resolve all issues within 14 business days from the date of the request.
If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, it shall be subject to consideration in accordance with the applicable law.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the company's place of registration.
