All our proxies support HTTP, HTTPS, and SOCKS5 protocols. You may use any protocol with the same proxy — just change the prefix in the connection string (http://, https://, or socks5://).

IP rotation is the automatic change of your IP address. We have two modes: 1. Rotation every request (port 824) — a new IP with each HTTP request, maximum anonymity, ideal for parsing and bypassing rate-limiting. 2. Interval rotation (port 10000+) — the IP changes at a set interval (1-120 minutes), session preservation during the interval, suitable for working with accounts and long sessions. You can change the rotation mode at any time in your personal account.

Yes! In the section "Proxy Management" there is a function "Blocked Hosts". You can add domains to which the proxy should not connect. This is useful for: blocking advertising networks, preventing accidental requests to unwanted resources, saving traffic.

We charge only for actually used traffic: incoming + outgoing traffic through the proxy, exact calculation up to a megabyte, without hidden fees or markups. The remaining unused traffic is displayed in the personal account in real time.

No, the traffic does not expire! Purchased traffic remains on the proxy balance until fully used. There are no time restrictions — use 10GB in one day or in one year, as it is convenient for you.

When the traffic on the proxy ends: the proxy automatically switches to the status "expired", connections through this proxy stop working, you can top up the traffic directly in the personal account or purchase a new proxy. We recommend monitoring the remaining traffic in the personal account.

Yes, of course! You can top up traffic on any existing proxy an unlimited number of times directly in the personal account. Just select the desired proxy and add the required number of gigabytes. All proxy settings (rotation, allowed IPs, blocked hosts) are preserved.

We provide refunds in the following cases: technical issues with the proxy due to our fault, the proxy does not work properly from the moment of purchase, other valid reasons.
